Delivery

Returns or Exchanges

  • We only accept Returns or Exchanges if you
    • Receive a product different from your order
    • Received a defective product
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving goods
  • Items must be in following conditions:
    • Items have not been worn or washed
    • All tags and labels are still attached
  • Sale items are not available for Returns or Exchanges
  • acmé de la vie does not take responsibility for any returned goods that do not reach us
  • acmé de la vie in accordance with Australian Consumer Law holds the rights to refuse refunds if the customer changes their minds on a purchase
  • Return Instructions
    • Email an Online Returns Form to customerservice@acmedelavie.com.au within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the Order Number, Item Code and the reason for the return or exchange
    • A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone
    • Once approved for return or exchange, visit any acmé de la vie Boutique or post the items in a secure and trackable package to our acmé de la vie Boutique with Online Returns Form and receipts
  • Returns are accepted ONLY if you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted
  • Shipping fee for any return cause by our fault will be paid by the company
  • We do not accept return(s) if:
    • Returning the item(s) just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
    • The item(s) are damaged due to your mishandling
    • Return request is not approved by our staff according to the Return Instructions above
  • If there is a missing item from your order, contact our customer service centre by phone or email. Keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise
