Refunds are only allowed in exceptional cases. Carefully inspect items before completing a purchase.
Exchanges are restricted to faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility requires unwashed, unworn items with intact tags. Exchanges for reseasons such as a change of mind (including colour or size changes) are not permitted.
Exchanging or requesting a refund for items that render one ineligible for the JEONGHAN gift with purchase (GWP) also requires returning the GWP in good condition along with the items being returened.
